As iterated by CEO during our last meeting, how differently and effectively can we visualize the role of CBOs
- in general - for all components in SERP
- how this can be piloted and tested in PoP Strategy

In my view we are expected to get two things
1. Enabling Sub-committee to review the works
this means that one need to make the CBOs to report (/understand) in a simple formats from the MS/VO/SHGs and facilate them in understanding the numbers/reports and review - what is achieved vs expected.Make all the CBOs in ZS/MS/VO to understand the program in simple terms. This requires lot of time right at SERP and also CBOs. As a example we at SSU have devised a simple format report to be submitted by MS (one day advance) to ZS for review, It can be read/understood by any person. Similarly, we need to concentrate in the weak components devise simpler reporting formats for reviewing.
2. Enable ZS/MS/VOs have adhered to the Legal/financial complainces.
Please understand that it is a slow process and do not expect miracles quickly.
To start off I propose we need to be mere observers in the ZS/MS/VO and also attend some SHG meetings in next 2-3 months and then in co-ordination with one's special officer chalk out a plan.
